New version 1.1.0 of Frankfurt RS-232 firmware

New firmware for the CAN4VSCP Frankfurt RS-232 module is out.  This also includes some heavy additions to the CAN4VSCP driver for both Linux and Windows.

– Bug fixes.
– Added command that reset all settings to default.
– Timestamps added as an option.
– Find command previously could hang if node was alone on bus. Now works.
– Bus error conditions and reporting now works.
– Binary protocol more solid.
– rreg/wreg now show node id.
– Info is displayed for invalid node.
– Can now work on baudrates up to 1 Mbit on both windows and Linux and 500 Kbits  in
a secure way.
– Hardware handshake supported.
– ACK handshake supported for bad transmission lines.
